Sophia grew up in Middle Town Delaware and has been acting since she was three. She grew up doing community theatre and studied acting in high school. She moved to New York City at just 18 to pursue her dreams of becoming a professional performer. She attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy where she majored in Musical Theatre and received her associate of occupational studies.
After graduation Sophia starred in and co-directed her first ever short film, “Birds.” She continued to do other short films as well as start her modeling journey, appearing in PENIDA Magazine. In between waitressing and auditioning Sophia sings at The Perry Club, Jazz bars, Outside venues, and the street doing covers and sharing her original music.
Sophia is a dedicated and passionate performer, always bringing something unique and raw to every performance she does. She loves improvisation, Uta Hagen and Lee strasberg’s acting techniques. When not performing Sophia enjoys song writing on her guitar, spending time in nature, and tearing up the dance floor.
